The Space Traveller’s Lover – The Power and The Passion

I just finished reading this book.

The Space Traveller’s Lover is a ground-breaking work of science fiction. The story opens with the Earth on the brink of collapse. In the not-so-distant future, the world’s resources are running thin, and the planet is becoming uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the Rom Ghenshar, a vengeful alien race, has returned to Earth to deplete the remainder of humanity’s resources and replace human beings with more advanced replicas. Rothwen, a headstrong and ruthless alien soldier, develops an intense obsession with Erin, a bright young human student with a mysterious past. He decides to bring her into his world, changing all the invasion plans to be with her, just for his pleasure. However, once Erin is with the aliens, she discovers their immense destructive powers.

It’s not often I get to use the words stunning and spectacular, and superb all in the same sentence for a novel, but The Space Traveller’s Lover is a novel that deserves all those epithets and more.
It’s a fantastic tale that often reminded me of the old space opera style, the fun-loving adventure kind that doesn’t take itself too seriously and focuses on the fun above all else.

This book is filled with adventure, romance, an engrossing plot, unforgettable characters, gripping story overall. I was immersed in reading this for several weekends. I can bet you’re not going to leave it until you finish your last page.

I can feel the stumbling upshot of this novel after finishing it.

The language is simple and easy to understand. The characters and the plot are consummate and relatable.
If you are looking for something different and extraordinary, then go for it.

This is a fast-paced story, and it will take you through ups and downs in a manner that you won’t blink your eyes fill the End of it.

There won’t be a single moment in the novel that will fail to prove worth reading.

It will set the perfect mood if you admire reading science fiction.
